Physical preparation before playing at Airo Active Park

The possibility of injury is associated with any type of physical activity. Even jumping on a trampoline does not exclude the risk of injury. However, it can be easily minimised.

Although the warm-up should be a mandatory part of training, some people neglect this stage, keeping it to a minimum or skipping it altogether. Just a few minutes of physical preparation significantly reduces the risk of injury. A small set of exercises is enough to make the muscles more flexible and ready for higher intensity efforts.

Knees and ankle joints are particularly vulnerable, so focus on warming up these areas before getting on the trampoline. A proper warm-up should also include leg swings, squats, bends and twists - at least a dozen repetitions each. This will activate all muscle groups. However, you don't have to worry about choosing the right exercises on your own - Airo Active Park specialists conduct a warm-up at the beginning of each session, offer assistance, and are happy to provide explanations and advice.

Injuries may also be sustained at a later stage of the activity if the equipment is not used correctly, but this is monitored by our qualified trainers and animators. It is therefore worth following their recommendations, as they make playing at Airo Active Park much safer than jumping on a trampoline set up in your garden, which may not have sufficient safety features or be installed incorrectly.

It is worth making the warm-up a habit. It will make physical activity fun and minimise the risk of soreness or injury.
