This "Service Privacy Policy www.airo.fun (hereinafter: the "Site") defines the purposes and principles of data collection through the contact forms available on the site www.airo.fun necessary for servicing Customers' requests in order to provide services requested by the Customers, as well as storing and accessing information on Customers' devices with the use of cookies, for the provision of services provided electronically by FunLab Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Łopuszańska 22, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Economic Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000633427, share capital of PLN 100,000, NIP: 5223070000.
I. INFORMATION CLAUSE
- The administrator of the personal data is Fun Lab Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, 22 Łopuszańska Street, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000633427, share capital PLN 100,000, NIP: 5223070000, e-mail address: biuro@funlab.com.pl
- Fun Lab Sp. z o.o. processes Customers' personal data in connection with the provision of services to Customers related to the subject of its business activity, i.e. the operation of the AIRO sports and leisure complex. The processing is related to various purposes, however it is always carried out in accordance with the applicable law.
The personal data collected are protected from unauthorised access by third parties, using organisational and technical security measures. Fun Lab Ltd. in connection with the operation of AIRO ACTIVE PARK and AIRO SPACE KIDS collects ordinary personal data for the following purposes:- To carry out the service of purchasing a ticket and entering AIRO ACTIVE PARK - name, surname, email address - the legal basis for the processing of the data is Article 6(1)(a) RODO
- Provision of the service of leaving the child in AIRO ACTIVE PARK and AIRO SPACE KIDS - name, surname of the child and parent/guardian, date of birth of the child, telephone number, series and number of identity card, address of residence of the child - the legal basis for the processing of the data is Article 6(1)(a) RODO
- To carry out the service of organising birthdays at AIRO ACTIVE PARK and AIRO SPACE KIDS - name and surname of the birthday boy or girl and their parent/legal guardian, telephone number, e-mail address - the legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(a) RODO
- Marketing and promotional - name, surname, email address - the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) RODO
- To respond to enquiries sent (by letter and electronically) - name, surname, e-mail address, correspondence address, possibly other data provided by the Customer - the legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(f) RODO
- Conducting telephone contact on matters related to the provision of services by AIRO - telephone number, first name, surname - the legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(f) RODO
- analytical and website administration purposes and may process data characterising your use of the website www.airo.funsuch as IP address, digital logs, information about your use of our website, browser type, operating system type, time spent on the website, sub-pages visited - the legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(f) RODO, which allows personal data to be processed if this is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by AIRO, such as learning about the activities of clients visiting the website or administering the website.
- At any time you have the right of access to the content of the data provided and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. For the above matters, AIRO can be contacted in any form through the available communication channels indicated in point. I pt. 1;
- The data you provide is made available to AIRO employees who are duly authorised to process personal data, as well as to processors who cooperate with AIRO on the basis of personal data entrustment agreements.
- The personal data you provide will be stored for the period necessary to establish, assert or defend possible claims (in the case of not consenting to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes and to receive commercial information) or for the period of operation of AIRO ACTIVE PARK or AIRO SPACE KIDS or for the period necessary to establish, assert or defend possible claims - depending on which of the v.in the case of video surveillance for a period of 14 days or for the period necessary to establish, assert or defend possible claims;
- The data provided will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area;
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority should you consider that the processing of the personal data provided violates the provisions of the RODO.
II. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING AND PROFILING
The Customers' personal data provided when creating a Customer Account at AIRO ACTIVE PARK are processed by Fun Lab Sp. z o.o. for the purpose and for the time period resulting from the function of the Customer Account and for automated processing in the form of profiling. Profiling means any form of automated processing of personal data by Fun Lab Sp. z o.o., which involves the use of the Customer's personal data to assess certain personal factors, in particular to determine the age of the Customer, as using the attractions of our theme park without obtaining parental or guardian consent is only possible once the Customer has reached the age of 18. The customer has the right to object to the profiling by Fun Lab Ltd. processing personal data for a public interest or its own legitimate interest, if it considers that the profiling violates its rights and freedoms, unless the controller demonstrates that its own interest overrides the person's rights and freedoms. The right to object is excluded when the profiling is necessary for the conclusion of a contract or for pre-contractual action, is permitted by European Union law or the law of a Member State to which the controller is subject and provides for the implementation of measures for the protection of rights and freedoms, the person himself or herself has given his or her consent, which in particular refers when determining the age of AIRO ACTIVE PARK Customers.
The Customer may object to the profiling in any form via the available channels of communication with AIRO indicated in point. I pt. 1 of the Privacy Policy.
III. TOOLS THAT IT USES www.airo.fun
We use a variety of professional tools, including:
1. Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics, which is a web statistics analysis tool developed by Google. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of the use of the Website by users. The information obtained in this manner (as referred to in point I, paragraph 2, letter g) of the Privacy Policy) is transferred to servers of Google Inc. in the USA where it is stored. Using the data obtained, Google evaluates the traffic on the Website on the basis of the number of visits, compiles reports on website activity and offers other services related to the use of the Website. It is possible for Google to transfer the information to third parties, insofar as this is in accordance with the law or where third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Google ensures that your IP address will not be associated with other data from Google Inc. The customer has the option to block the installation of cookies by changing the settings in the browser. However, this may result in the malfunction of certain functions of the Website. 2. Google AdWords
The Site also uses the free conversion tracking function available from Google AdWords. Google takes care to protect customer and user data in this regard. Google places a cookie on the user's computer, every time the user clicks on an advertisement the cookie expires after 50 months. This technology allows for remarketing activities. Remarketing is used to display the Site's advertisements to users who have previously visited the Site when they visit other websites. If you do not agree to this service, you can refuse to save cookies by changing your browser settings to deactivate the automatic cookies option. 3. Facebook pixel
On our Site we use the Facebook pixel owned by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. With the help of this pixel, we are able to track the movements of users visiting the Site by monitoring conversions or by clicking on Facebook advertisements. This allows us to determine the effectiveness of advertisements for statistical and market research purposes. The data collected in this way is anonymous for us, which means that the data of individual users is not visible to us. However, this data is collected and processed by Facebook, of which we inform users to the best of our knowledge. Facebook has the option of linking this data to the user's Facebook account and applying it to certain advertising activities in accordance with Facebook's privacy policy. 4 Google Double Click
The website may use DART cookies for the purpose of displaying advertisements through the Google DoubleClick system, which creates a cookie when you visit websites using the DoubleClick advertising system. - The Website uses Cookies, i.e. computer data, in particular text files, stored on the device through which the Customer accesses the Website (hereinafter referred to as Device). - It is a condition of the Cookies that they are accepted by the Customer in the web browser used and that they are not deleted from the Device. - The entity placing Cookies on the Client's Device and accessing them is Fun Lab Ltd.
- Fun Lab Ltd uses the following types of Cookies on the Fun Lab Website:
- session files - temporary files stored on the Client's Device until the Client leaves the Website or the software (web browser) is switched off,
- permanent - Cookies which are stored on the Client's Device for the time specified in the parameters of the Cookies or until they are deleted by the Client,
- Tracking - Cookies storing information necessary to determine the source of Internet traffic, used to study the effectiveness of Internet traffic sources for the Site's Internet campaigns and marketing activities. These cookies are assigned for a period of up to 30 days or on a session basis,
- Analytical - Cookies installed by analytical systems that study phenomena on the Site related to the flow and behaviour of Customers in order to optimise the Site. The duration of these Cookies is set on a session or other period,
- security - used to ensure the security of the Customer , e.g. used to detect misuse of authentication on the Site,
- functional - to remember the Customer's selected settings and personalise the Customer's interface, e.g. with regard to the language or region the Customer comes from, font size, web page layout, etc,
- advertising - to provide customers with advertising content better tailored to their interests and to account for the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns.
- Cookies are used by Fun Lab Ltd. for:
- to adapt the content of the Site to the preferences of Customers,
- to improve the Site, including optimising the use of the Site, in particular Cookies allow the Site to recognise the Customer's terminal equipment and display the Site appropriately, adapting it to the individual needs of the Customer;
- identify the source from which the Customer reached the Site,
- to compile statistics in order to improve the structure and content of the Website,
- maintaining the Client's session on the Site (after authentication), so that the Client does not have to carry out the authentication process again on each subpage of the Site,
- display advertisements to the customer that are better tailored to his or her interests and needs, and analyse the effectiveness of various online advertising campaigns,
- to place "rich media" objects on the Website: films, flash animations and others,
- remembering the history of pages visited on the Site for the purpose of recommending content.
- Fun Lab Sp. z o.o. informs you that restrictions on the use of Cookies introduced by Customers on Devices may affect certain functionalities of the Site.
V. FINAL PROVISIONS
- To the extent not covered by this Privacy Policy, the data protection regulations apply.
- The provision of personal data for marketing and analytical purposes is voluntary. If you do not consent to the processing of personal data you leave behind as part of your use of our website, including data stored in cookies, your personal data will not be processed for this purpose.
- The provision of personal data necessary for AIRO to provide its services is essential. If this data is not provided, services cannot be provided.
- The provision of personal data related to the Administrator's legitimate purpose is necessary to ensure the high quality of our services. Failure to provide your data for this purpose may prevent the correct provision of services.
- We reserve the right to make appropriate changes to the content of the Privacy Policy at any time.
- This Privacy Policy is effective as of 14 June 2018.
