Hi, my name is Damian - I am an acrobatics instructor, a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education and have been passionately teaching children and young people for 6 years. I specialise in acrobatics and parkour, and even the most complicated elements (yes, I'm talking about bolts and flips!) I can convey in a simple, safe and... quite fun way. I focus on an individual approach, a solid belay and an atmosphere where children feel confident, free and want to develop. I like to work dynamically, with a smile and full commitment - with me, there is no boredom or stress, but plenty of movement, laughter and sporty energy!
