Rules and regulations for the organisation of events at Airo Active Park

AIRO ACTIVE PARK EVENT REGULATIONS

§1 General information

  1. The operator of AIRO is Fun Lab spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, based in Warsaw, tel . +48 22 379 55 74, address: ul. Łopuszańska 22, 02 - 220 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Economic Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000633427, NIP: 5223070000, REGON: 365242230, with a share capital of PLN 100,000.00 (in words: one hundred thousand PLN), hereinafter referred to as the Manager.
  2. The Manager provides the client (hereinafter referred to as the Client) with a service consisting in the paid organisation of an event at AIRO (hereinafter referred to as the Event).
  3. The events are organised̨ in AIRO at 22 Łopuszańska Street in Warsaw.
  4. These Event Regulations are in addition to the AIRO ACTIVE PARK Regulations and the AIRO SPACE KIDS Regulations. Customers are obliged to comply with the provisionś of both Regulations.

§2 Reservation of a date and changes to reservations

  1. Booking an appointment can bé made via www.airo.fun or in person. 
  2. Date reservations can be madé no later thaṅ 7 days before the scheduled date of the Event.
  3. Successful booking of an appointment is subject to the payment of a deposit. The payment can be madé by bank transfer through the website. At the AIRO reception, payment can be made in cash or by credit card.
  4. The advance payment is made to reserve a specific date. In case of cancellation of the Event, the advance payment is refundable according to the principles specified in § 8 of these Regulations. 
  5. Any changes to the booking must be notified no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the Event by email at urodziny@airo.fun. Otherwise, the Manager does not guarantee the availability of the selected options or the possibility of modifying the arrangements. If changes are notified after the aforementioned deadline, the Client shall be obliged to reimburse the costs incurred by the Ordering Party for additional options.
  6. The final number of Guests must be notified by email to urodziny@airo.fun no later than 72 hours before the date of the Event. 
  7. A change of date for an Event is only possible if the date and no later than 14 days before the originally agreed date. In the event that another date is not available, the deposit shall be reimbursed in accordance with § 8 of these Rules.
  8. If you wish to reschedule an Event, the deposit paid is credited towards the new date of the Event.

§3 General principles of the Event

  1. Events are organised during the hours designated by the Manager.
  2. Reservation of the occasional room takes 120 minutes.
  3. You may enter the Hall 15 minutes before the time indicated as the start of the Event and must leave the Hall within 15 minutes of the end of the Event.
  4. During the Event, AIRO also remains available to other Customers, however, the reserved event room remains at the sole disposal of the Customer and its Guests.
  5. Decorations placed in the event hall are the property of the Manager, with the exception of helium balloons purchased by the Client. It is forbidden to damage, displace, destroy or take away decorations.
  6. In the event that decorative elements are damaged, destroyed or taken away (by the Customer or his/her Guests), the Customer may be held liable for the damage caused in accordance with the general rules set out in generally applicable legislation, in particular the Civil Code.
  7. It is forbidden to bring your own piñatas.

§4 Participants in the Event

  1. Minors must have written permission from a Parent or Guardian to be on AIRO premises given on the AIRO consent form.
  2. Staff do not provide care for minors.
  3. The minimum number of guests in basic packages is 10 persons, the maximum number of guests is 25 persons. In a combined package, the minimum number of guests is 10, the maximum number of guests is 15.
  4. In the event that the actual number of Guests is less than the declared number of Guests, the Client is obliged to pay for the package for the declared number of Guests, less the costs that the Manager has not actually incurred due to the reduced number of actual Guests.
  5. In the event that the actual number of Guests is greater than the number declared by the Customer, the Customer is obliged to pay a surcharge for each additional person in accordance with the Price List at www.airo.fun.

§5 Refreshments and drinks

  1. Refreshments and drinks for Guests are provided by the Manager, within the framework of the offer selected by the Client from the price list.
  2. Tableware and refreshments are prepared for the declared number of Guests. 
  3. The customer may, for an additional charge as set out in the Price List, provide their own cake.
  4. You may not bring or consume your own non-alcoholic champagne, your own drinks or food to the Event. Bringing your own drinks or food is only permitted if required by the health situation or age of the Client or any of the Guests, by prior arrangement.
  5. A table at AIRO CAFE is reserved for maximum of 10 parents or guardians. In the case of a larger number of persons, the Customer is obliged to contact AIRO CAFE directly to arrange the details of the booking.
  6. Refreshments for Parents or Carers at AIRO CAFE can be ordered as an additional, chargeable service according to the AIRO CAFE Price List.

§6 Responsibility

  1. The use of Airo Active Park involves a risk of injury or damage to the body and property. for liability for damage, the general rules set out in the generally applicable regulations, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code Act, apply.
  2. Clients and Parents or Guardians, as part of their duty of supervision, may be held liable for damage caused by them, as well as that caused by Children in their care, on the general principles set out in generally applicable legislation, in particular under the provisions of the Civil Code Act.
  3. The chaperones/activators in the basic package can take care of a maximum of 19 people; in the case of a higher number of participants, the client is obliged to purchase additional care as specified in the Birthday Party price list.

§7 Payments

  1. Settlement of the Event is based on email arrangements and taking into account the prices of additional services, attractions or benefits provided.
  2. All services, attractions or additional services ordered by the Client and provided by the Manager are included in the billing.
  3. The total payment, less the prepayment, is to be paid by the Client at the end of the Event in cash or by credit card at the AIRO reception.

§ 8 Terms and conditions of repayment of the advance

  1. In the event that the Event is cancelled due to circumstances for which neither party is responsible or for which both parties are responsible, the advance payment shall be refunded to the amount paid by the Client.
  2. In case of cancellation of the Event due to circumstances for which the Manager is responsible, the advance payment shall be refunded in the amount of the sum paid by the Client.
  3. If the Event is cancelled due to circumstances for which the Client is responsible, the advance payment is non-refundable.
  4. If the Client wishes to change the date of the Event no later thaṅ 14 days before the originally agreed date of the Event, if it is not possible to change the date of the Event to the Client's preferred date, the deposit is refundable in the amount paid by the Client.  
  5. The Manager shall refund the advance payment by transfer to the account specified by the Client.

§ 9 Amendments to the Rules of Procedure

  1. The Manager reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Rules for valid reasons.
  2. The following shall be regarded as valid reasons justifying an amendment to these Rules:
  1. changes in legislation;
  2. significant changes in the scope of the Manager's activities, in particular a change in the scope of the services provided or the introduction of new services or changes to existing services.
  1. The Manager will inform Clients of any change to these Terms and Conditions by posting a relevant announcement on its website: www.airo.fun.
  2. Amendments to these Terms and Conditions shall only apply to contracts concluded after the amendment date.
