AIRO ACTIVE PARK ELECTRONIC PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
§ 1 General provisions
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for electronic payment for the purchase of tickets to AIRO ACTIVE PARK trampoline park and AIRO SPACE KIDS (AIRO) playroom via the website. www.airo.fun (Site) managed by Fun Lab Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw, tel. +48 22 379 55 74, address: ul. Łopuszańska 22, 02 - 220 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Economic Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000633427, NIP: 5223070000, REGON: 365242230, with a share capital of PLN 100,000.00 (in words: one hundred thousand PLN) (Manager).
- The rules for the processing and protection of personal data by the Manager in connection with the online purchase of tickets are set out in the Security Policy located on the Site.
- Before paying for tickets, the Customer will be required to accept these Terms and Conditions by ticking the appropriate box when completing the registration form.
§ 2 Online purchase of tickets
- AIRO tickets can be purchased online via www.airo.fun.
- In order to purchase tickets, you will need to set up a Customer Account, complete all the necessary data specified in the registration form and follow the subsequent instructions that appear.
- The Customer may purchase any number of tickets on the Site in accordance with their availability.
- During the purchase, the customer is required to indicate the date and time of the visit for which he or she is purchasing tickets.
- Date availability is visible during the ticket purchase process and updated online.
- The purchase of tickets by the Party does not entitle them to receive a wristband entitling them to enter AIRO without queuing.
- The purchase of tickets by a Party does not release it from the obligation to read and accept the Regulations AIRO ACTIVE PARK or AIRO SPACE KIDS Regulations by all AIRO users, which can be done at the AIRO reception.
§ 3 Online payment
- Payment for tickets will be possible via the www.przelewy24.plto which the customer will be redirected immediately after placing the order. Payment will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions for making payments via the www.przelewy24.pl.
- The customer will have the option to pay using the payment methods made available on the www.przelewy24.pl.
- The ticket price is binding at the time of ordering and the customer is obliged to make payment in one go, immediately after placing the order.
- Once a purchase has been made via the Site, the customer will receive an email confirming the transaction, including the date and time of the entry purchased.
- If the price is paid by the Customer and the Manager is unable to fulfil the order, the terms and conditions for the refund of the ticket price are set out in the title "Refunds, Exchanges and Complaints" of these Terms and Conditions.
- Each sale shall be confirmed by a receipt. An invoice is only issued if this receipt includes the TIN.
At the latest at the time of sale, the customer must specify whether he is buying as a taxable person or as a consumer. When purchasing a ticket at the reception, the TIN must be given to the cashier, and when purchasing a ticket online, the TIN must be sent to recepcja@airo.fun. If the customer does not provide the TIN by the time the receipt is issued, he is deemed to be buying as a consumer. He can request an invoice, but the Manager will issue him an invoice as for consumers - without the TIN of the buyer. The Manager issues and sends electronic invoices. Requests for invoices can be made in person or electronically at recepcja@airo.fun.
§ 4 Returns, exchanges and complaints
- In accordance with Article 38(12) of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. A customer who is a consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance, as this right does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure, entertainment or sports events, if the contract specifies the day or period of service provision.
- In the event of any irregularities in the functioning of the registration form during the creation of the Customer Account or in the calendar of available dates, please contact AIRO immediately by sending an e-mail to: recepcja@airo.fun . An effective complaint on one of the above grounds will be based on the receipt by the Manager of the email referred to above.
- The complaint referred to in paragraph 2 above will be dealt with by the Manager in accordance with the complaints procedure.
- Complaints concerning payments should be submitted in accordance with the procedure laid down in the rules of service. www.przelewy24.pl available on the website.
- The complaints referred to in paragraph 4 above will be dealt with by the service manager. www.przelewy24.pl
- Purchased tickets can be exchanged on condition that the exchange is requested at least 24 hours before the purchased date and that a new date preferred by the client is available.
- If the price is paid by the Client and the Manager is unable to fulfil the order, the ticket price is refunded in full.
- Refunds are made in cash or by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer.
§ 5 Amendments to the Rules of Procedure
- The manager reserves the right to unilaterally amend these regulations for valid reasons.
- The following shall be regarded as valid reasons justifying an amendment to these Rules:
- changes in legislation;
- significant changes in the scope of the Manager's activities, in particular a change in the scope of the services provided or the introduction of new services or changes to existing services.
- The Manager will inform Clients of any change to the Regulations by posting a relevant announcement on its website: www.airo.fun.
- Amendments to these Rules shall only apply to contracts concluded after the amendment date.
